Where possible in stock orders will be shipped from our store in Wetherill Park, NSW within 5 business days of you placing your order. If your order is going to take longer than this we will attempt to contact you via email or phone to advise you of an expected delivery time.

Our bed, furniture and mattress deliveries in Sydney metro are completed mostly by furniture carriers. When your order is ready to ship we will get in touch to give you delivery days to choose from. 

Where a furniture carrier is not needed your order will be delivered by one of our trusted delivery partners and you will receive a tracking number when it has shipped. Once shipped, delivery times with this method are currently 1-2 days.

Unless you have ordered a bed, mattress, or piece of furniture your order will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners and you will receive tracking when it has shipped. Transit times to most areas of Australia are 3-5 business days once your order is sent (excluding remote areas in W.A. & N.T.).

If you have ordered a bed, mattress, or pieces of furniture then your order will be despatched as per the delivery time quoted on the product page. Once your order is ready we will ship your order with Allied Express or with a dedicated furniture carrier to ensure appropriate handling of your order. 

A quick note about shipping for custom furniture: We do our best to get every order to you on time, but sometimes things beyond our control — like freight schedules, customs, mechanical issues, or transport availability — can cause a delay. It doesn’t happen often, but if it does, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
