We currently offer buy now, pay later services through Afterpay and Zip. You may sign up for these services directly in your checkout or visit these websites to apply for an account. 

Some of our range is bespoke and made to order and so we offer you the opportunity to place an order with a 50% deposit only. If you would like to take up this option then please reach out to us via email or phone to place your order (contact us here to place order).

Our store in Sydney has a large range of frames on display, and most of our different variations are on display in the store. Our range on display is ever changing so we suggest contacting our friendly customer service team to check if your desired frame is currently on display.

The exact bed model that you choose will display the current lead time in the product description. Our bed frames have been selected by our team of experts from factories in Australia and around the world, so lead times can vary.

We send our bed frames by both couriers and dedicated furniture freighters. As the items are bulky they can take 1 week via courier and 2 weeks via our furniture freighters.

At The Bedroom we've overseen the manufacturing process of all our manufacturers to ensure the beds meet our quality standards and provide customers with more than the value that they've paid for. You can rest assured that all of our bed frames can safely take an adults weight without moving or shaking.

Before offering our beds for sale we have either installed ourselves or inspected the products installed by the manufacturer to ensure sturdiness. This means that none of our beds will ever wobble or squeak once installed. If this occurs then please closely check that all the fittings are tightened. Our products very rarely have any issues but if the problem persists then please get in touch with us and we will have the issue rectified.

None of the metal bed frames or furniture pieces that we sell squeak or rattle. We have carefully selected our range of beds to ensure they of the highest quality available. If you purchase a metal bed from us and it begins squeaking then ensure that all the fittings are fully tightened, and if the issue persists then contact us to have it rectified.
